GSD Checksum Overview
What is checksum
Checksum is an unique set of characters which allow to identify file. Each file has its own chain of characters which allows software publisher to ensure file's integrity.
What kind of checksum should we use.
We currently generate SHA-384 checksum for each file.
How can I check file's integrity
We advise you to use our branded solution. We use the same application to generate each checksum before publishing our software. Download links are available below.
You can also use any other third-party library but we cannot guarantee that the checksums will match and the quality of the library itself.
You can simply drag and drop files you wish to generate checksums for onto the executable.
You can also use CLI. Run
checksum-checker -h to get more information about possible arguments.
