GSD-RestApi Interface Macros settings

It is now available to share the interface macros over Rest Api Module. In order to do that user have to open a dialog window for interface macro, and on a page "Rest Api" click a big button "Share over Rest Api"

Then user have to just select a proper HTTP Method, and specify a path to this macro. After this it would be available under the path: HTTP Method /v1/DF/specified_path
